Clubs
Summer Term 2026
Please find attached below the schedule for clubs starting in the Summer Term.
We are pleased to share our Summer Term clubs with you. Please note all paid clubs require you to book each term, they do not automatically roll over. You must sign up using the attached instructions for each club before the club begins. Please note spaces are limited, so it is important you do this as soon as possible to secure your spot.
New Club - We are excited to bring you a new club for the Summer Term - Magical Maths. The children will have an assembly this week. Booking is direct with the company.
Planet Soccer - Bookings open online using their website on Friday 20th March
Drama - Please note carefully the term dates. If your child attended this club in the Spring term and so are owed a session due to the one cancelled for parents' evening, please book on ScoPay and pay the amount shown, less £5. If your child does not plan to return in the summer and is owed the session, please contact Jo Challenger to discuss a refund or transfer to another account.
Table Tennis - This will not start until 5th May as the coach is away. This is not a typo.
Once you have booked, please carefully check the start and end dates and times shown. This differs for each club. We have also noted extended times, session dates that will not run and parent shows for clubs that these apply to. Please keep the attached to refer back to. It is also on our website https://www.stannes-chertsey.surrey.sch.uk/page/?title=Clubs&pid=38
Childcare Vouchers - If you would like to book a club that is booked via ScoPay via Childcare vouchers, please call us first to get a place allocated on the club, then make your payment. If you email, we may not see and then cannot fairly allocate the limited spaces available. Once your childcare voucher payment has been made, please complete the form so we can locate the payment - Childcare Voucher Payment Notification – Fill in form
As always, we are trying to provide a varied assortment of clubs spaced throughout the week in the hope that every child can access at least one extracurricular activity per week. We can't please everyone with dates, times and availability. Thank you for your support.
If you would like your child to attend any of these activities, you must book in advance. This is for the safeguarding of your children. If they have not been booked in the relevant way, you will be called to collect them.
Details on how to sign up are on the attachment below. Only the school-run clubs are bookable on ScoPay/Arbor - the remainder are direct with the supplier.
Please make sure you have signed up before the start date of the club, so we can make sure the class teachers have registers. If your child is not signed up, you will be called to collect them as we will not have permission to hold them in school.
Please do book as soon as possible as places are limited for each activity. A waiting list will be operated for any oversubscribed clubs.
Prompt Collection
If you do agree to sign up to a club, prompt collection is a must!
Late collection – We cannot facilitate late collections as the staff are already giving up their free time to run these clubs and will finish as soon as the club ends. This means there is nobody on hand to wait with the children. If children are still waiting for collection more than 5 mins after the advertised club finish time, they will be placed into after-school club and the cost of the session will be charged at a flat rate of £14.60.
Likewise, we cannot facilitate early collection from extracurricular clubs. We operate on a skeleton staff after 3:15pm and the children’s safety is our top priority. An early collection would leave either the child being collected or the children remaining in the club unattended, which is not possible.
If you do have any questions, please do let us know.
For lunchtime clubs, children can remain in their school uniform. Children are allowed to change into trainers, if preferred. For all other clubs, children must wear their full PE kit unless informed otherwise. For football clubs, children must wear shinpads.
If you require financial support to enable your child to attend, please contact our Home School Link Worker, Mrs N Burke: hslw@stannes-chertsey.surrey.sch.uk
