Spring Term 2026
Please find attached below the schedule for clubs starting in the Spring Term.

Please find attached our Clubs list for Spring 2026. You may now go ahead and make bookings for the new term. Please look carefully at the attached as it will inform you of the start and end date for each club, the timings and how to book. Each club is different, so it is important you check.

Please note the following changes:

• Some clubs are now open to our reception children. If you have a child in Reception and feel they are ready, please do sign them up to the relevant club.
• We currently cannot offer the Wednesday after school dance club as Encore does not have a teacher available, this may return later in the term.
• We are excited to welcome back Juliet to offer Dance for Years 2–6 on a Tuesday after school. Juliet taught dance last year at St Anne’s and was very popular with the children.
• Lastly, we are thrilled to be offering a table tennis club on a Tuesday morning. We cannot confirm the start yet as we need to order the table tennis tables in, but will come back to you in the New Year with a confirmed start date.

If you would like your child to attend any of these activities, you must book in advance. This is for the safeguarding of your children. If they have not been booked in the relevant way, you will be called to collect them.

Details on how to sign up are on the attachment below. Only the school run clubs are bookable on ScoPay/Arbor - the remainder are direct with the supplier.

Please make sure you have signed up before the start date of the club, so we can make sure the class teachers have registers. If your child is not signed up, you will be called to collect them as we will not have permission to hold them in school.

Please do book as soon as possible as places are limited for each activity. A waiting list will be operated for any oversubscribed clubs.

Prompt Collection

If you do agree to sign up to a club, prompt collection is a must!

Late collection – We cannot facilitate late collections as the staff are already giving up their free time to run these clubs and will finish as soon as the club ends. This means there is nobody on hand to wait with the children. If children are still waiting for collection more than 5 mins after the advertised club finish time they will be placed into after-school club and the cost of the session will be charged at a flat rate of £14.60.

Likewise, we cannot facilitate early collection from extracurricular clubs. We operate on a skeleton staff after 3:15pm and the children’s safety is our top priority. An early collection would leave either the child being collected or the children remaining in the club unattended, which is not possible.
