Clubs

Spring Term 2025
Please find attached below the schedule for clubs starting in the Spring Term.

Most clubs start back as soon as we do on 6th January, so please do check and book!

Please take a good look as the layout has changed. You will now see all clubs that are bookable with an outside provider in blue, all clubs that are bookable on ScoPay in yellow and all free clubs that are bookable on Arbor in green.

Children from Reception are now welcomed to Little People's Art Factory on a Monday and Multi Sports on a Friday.

Netball has been moved to a Tuesday morning in the hope of getting more interest in the club, but also because we will have access to the hall in poor weather. This means there will be no need to cancel. All abilities are welcome.

We also have Miss Green's Run & Fun club. Ultimately, this is a Cross Country Club, but again, due to possible bad weather and the field's potential to flood, if the weather is bad it will be more fitness-based in the hall.

All of our clubs, unless specified, are open to both boys and girls.

If you would like your child to attend any of these activities, you must book in advance. This is for the safeguarding of your children. If they have not been booked in the relevant way, you will be called to collect them.

There is a discounted rate for some clubs if your child attends wraparound care on the same day/time as the club. For more information and to access this, please complete this form - https://forms.office.com/e/drWgfeYiVP

Prompt Collection

If you do agree to sign up to a club, prompt collection is a must!

Late collection – We cannot facilitate late collections as the staff are already giving up their free time to run these clubs and will finish as soon as the club ends. This means there is nobody on hand to wait with the children. If children are still waiting for collection more than 5 mins after the advertised club finish time they will be placed into after-school club and the cost of the session will be charged at a flat rate of £14.60.

Likewise, we cannot facilitate early collection from extracurricular clubs. We operate on a skeleton staff after 3:15pm and the children’s safety is our top priority. An early collection would leave either the child being collected or the children remaining in the club unattended, which is not possible.

If you do have any questions, please do let us know.

For lunchtime clubs, children can remain in their school uniform.  Children are allowed to change into trainers, if preferred.  For all other clubs, children must wear their full PE kit unless informed otherwise.  For football clubs, children must wear shinpads.

If you require financial support to enable your child to attend, please contact our Home School Link Worker, Mrs N Burke: hslw@stannes-chertsey.surrey.sch.uk
