Art Club

We have only been back a week but are just 4 weeks away now from the February Half Term!

We have had requests for another Art Camp during this holiday here at St Anne's.  We are pleased to be able to offer the Art Camp from Monday 12th February to Thursday 15th February inclusive for £25 per day.

If this is of interest to you please read below carefully to book your space.

The February Half Term Holiday Art Camp

The camp will be predominantly art and craft-based activities with the option to do classroom games, board games and quizzes.

Days and Sessions

There will only be the option to book a 9am-3pm charged at £25 per day this half-term.

We will not be able to provide food for these sessions, so please do ensure your child has breakfast at home and brings a packed lunch and enough snacks to last them throughout the day, as well as a refillable plastic drink bottle.

Availability

The camp is open to all St Anne’s Children from Reception-Year 6.

How to Book

This is the important bit. If you would like to book, you will need access to your ScoPay account, either online or via the app. The bookings are now open!

Instructions:

Login/open the ScoPay app and select the child you wish to book for

Go to Balances

Select Feb Art Camp

Click calendar

Navigate to the week commencing 12th February

Click into the day you wish to book and select

· A = Attending – Only for the days you wish to make a booking

Repeat this step for all the days you wish to book and also repeat for additional children if booking for more than 1 child.

You will then see the outstanding balance. To pay this, you can either click Top-Up Balance and pay the relevant outstanding amount or you make a transfer to the school via your Government Childcare Account or Childcare voucher provider. If you do pay using a childcare voucher, please complete this form, so we can match your payment and clear your balance.

Deadlines and confirmation

Bookings will close on Wednesday 7th February or when all spaces have been allocated, whichever happens sooner.

Booking confirmation

You will receive an email in the last week of term with all the information you will need regarding drop off, pick up and what you need to bring etc. We will not send this until after the closing date to ensure everyone who has booked and paid gets the relevant information at the same time. In the meantime, if your booking is visible in ScoPay and the balance is clear you have a place allocated. If you are at all unsure, please do contact the school office.
