Wraparound Care
We are proud to offer Wraparound care at the beginning and end of the school day to children aged 4 to 11 years who attend St Anne’s Catholic Primary School.
The aim is to provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to assist parents who have work or other childcare commitments. Both Breakfast and After School Club are extremely popular, so booking is essential.
Breakfast Club and After School Club are run by St Anne’s Catholic Primary School and, therefore, all Xavier CET & School policies and procedures apply.
We have taken considerable time to review our Wraparound Care provision for the 2026/27 academic year. This has included analysing parent feedback, comparing our pricing with other local Xavier schools, and assessing our own facilities and staffing.

We offer both secured sessions for the year or ad-hoc bookings. Please note that ad-hoc booking has very limited availability, so if the session is required regularly, we recommend a secured session is booked.
Ad-Hoc bookings open in Arbor on 2nd September 2026.
We will be able to share the Autumn 2026 Extra-Curricular Clubs Schedule in a few weeks. It takes time to get external clubs to commit to dates and times.

Key Changes for 2026/2027
- Secured and Ad-Hoc Places
We will offer both:- Secured places for the full academic year – These places are fixed days/sessions every week.
- Ad-hoc bookings can be booked up until 11pm the night before (subject to availability).
- Breakfast Club
- Opening time: 7:30am.
- Sibling discounts available for secured bookings.
- After School Club
- Two collection options: 5:00pm or 6:00pm.
- Sibling discounts available for secured bookings.
- Late Collection Fee
- A fee will apply if children are collected late from the session they booked on to, regardless of booking type.

Bookings will open at 6:15pm on Monday 8th June via the following link:
2026/27 Wraparound Care Booking Form – Secured Places
Please note: You will not be able to access the form until 6:15pm on Monday, but all information is contained in the booklet below.
- This form is for pre-booking confirmed weekly sessions.
- Bookings represent a commitment for the full year.
- One month’s notice is required to amend or cancel sessions.
- You will be charged for the first four weeks, once your request is confirmed, even if you later cancel.
- Payment is required for all booked sessions, even if your child does not attend, unless they are away on a school residential (overnight) trip.
⚠️ It is essential that you only select sessions you are prepared to commit to. This policy will be strictly enforced to ensure fairness for all families.
Bookings are:
- First come, first served based on the order the form is completed.
- Confirmations of your allocated place will be sent during the week commencing 15th June.
Ad-Hoc Bookings
Ad-hoc sessions will be available to book via Arbor from 2nd September, subject to availability.
